Rx of gastric disorders; each gram oral gel contains sodium gualenate (guaiazulene) 0.4 mg & simethicone 300 mg.

Tested in treatment of parodontosis & oral mucosal diseases in USSR; contains 50 ml of filtrate from propolis extract, 500, 000 units of lincomycin , 5 ml of 2% apilacum (apilak) & 2 ml of fish oil; apilacum in Russian Drug Index, 2nd ed, p.98 called crude drug extract prepared from secretions of allotropic gland of bees.
